Hours and floor
From Sunday to Thursday, Chances Cowichan keeps its doors open 10 AM to 12 AM; the Friday and Saturday schedule runs 10 AM to 1 AM. Hours are local Pacific time, as the venue publishes them. On Friday and Saturday the doors stay open an hour later.
The floor has 165 slot games, from 1 cent to 1 dollar. There is also a bingo hall. The centre's own pages give two different seat counts for the hall, so this guide prints none. This guide lists no live table games or poker room here.
This page does not cover holiday hours; the venue's own site has them.
Before you go
Each visitor needs to be 19 or over and to produce government-issued photo ID; staff then run it against the self-exclusion list. BC gambling venues admit no one under 19. That ID rule has applied at every BC gambling facility since June 2023.
Parking is on site: the lot holds nearly 200 cars, including tour buses and large motor homes.
