On Water Street, by the lake
Playtime Casino Kelowna is at 1300 Water Street, Kelowna, inside the Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort on Okanagan Lake. The Province lists two casinos in Kelowna: this one and Chances Kelowna. Gateway Casinos & Entertainment runs it, having bought the Lake City Casinos in Penticton, Kelowna, Kamloops and Vernon in August 2002. The casino was Lake City Casino Kelowna until March 1, 2018, when it took its current name.
Each distance in this guide runs point to point across map coordinates, not by road route. Measured from Kelowna, the casino is 4 km away, and Chances Casino Kelowna is 3.0 km from it. Vancouver is 270 km off, Victoria 325 km and Prince George 500 km.
Hours, tables and poker
Hours are local Pacific time. The casino opens Sunday to Tuesday 10 AM to 1 AM, and Wednesday to Saturday 10 AM to 2 AM. The open-now status on this site follows these published hours, not holidays. This page does not give holiday hours; for those, consult the venue's own site.
The floor has 16 live table games, open Monday to Thursday from 12 PM and Friday to Sunday from 11 AM until close. A two-table poker room deals No Limit Texas Hold'em with $1-3 and $2-5 blinds. Its pages give different poker hours, so this guide prints none.
Before you go
